What data is collected
Tlsscope does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The tool accepts a hostname that you type and performs a single TLS certificate inspection against that host. No account is required. No login is required. No cookies or persistent identifiers are set.
Hostnames you enter
The hostname you enter is sent to the inspection service solely for the purpose of performing the TLS certificate check. It is not logged, stored, or associated with any identifier. It is not shared with any third party. Once the inspection result is returned, the hostname is not retained.
Network and request data
Standard web server logs may record the IP address, timestamp, and page URL of requests to the site. These logs are used for operational purposes (diagnosing errors, monitoring availability) and are retained for a limited period before being discarded. They are not used for tracking, profiling, or marketing.
Cookies
Tlsscope does not set any cookies. No analytics services are embedded. No third-party scripts are loaded (with the sole exception of Google Fonts, which is loaded from Google's servers and may set its own cookies per Google's privacy policy).
Data sharing
No data is shared with third parties. No data is sold. No data is used for advertising, training, or profiling.
Changes to this policy
If the service changes in a way that affects data handling, this policy will be updated. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
